Cancellation Policy
Policy Plan for the 2-Session Advisory Pack 1. Non-Cancelable Policy - Once purchased, the advisory pack is non-refundable and cannot be canceled. 2. Rescheduling - Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. - Rescheduling is subject to availability. 3. Validity - The advisory pack is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited. 4. No-Show Policy - If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled. 5. Communication Channels - All scheduling, rescheduling, or questions should be communicated via email or the preferred platform discussed at purchase. 6. Flexibility - Special circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but exceptions are not guaranteed.
